CDN Log Delivery Disabled

February 2nd, 2012 12:04 UTC

Due to an issue with our CloudFiles Log Delivery system, users who have public CDN containers with Log Delivery enabled will not see logs delivered.

Our developers are working on a solution to be put in place. All accumulated CDN logs will be eventually delivered once our Log Delivery Service is re-enabled.

CDN Log Delivery Delays [RESOLVED]

January 12th, 2012 12:44 UTC

CloudFiles users who have public CDN containers with Log Delivery enabled could be experiencing delays receiving those files due to a backlog in the Akamai Log Delivery Services.

We are still working with Akamai in order to normalize the delivery of some delayed logs.

Update on Delay in Log Delivery Service (LDS):
The LDS deliveries are still delayed. Akamai will start delivering queued logs from approx. 1700 UTC Jan 11. Based on current backlog volume, Akamai expects to be back to normal processing time from Jan 19th.

Please note that you may see delays in routine deliveries till Jan 19th. We will provide another update once we have verified that Akamai CDN logs are being delivered on time to our CloudFiles systems responsible for collecting and delivering the data to CloudFiles customers with Log Delivery feature enabled.
